HOW TO USE: Remove the hood and top stone from your pizza oven. Align the indent in the bottom of the smoker with the back tab in the oven body and place the smoker on top of the bottom stone. Replace the top stone; it will hold the bottom of the smoker in place and keep it in position. Use your shovel to place 2-3 scoops of wood pellets into the reservoir created by the smoker and the stone. Replace the hood and cook as normal. If you need to refill your smoker, use your shovel to place more pellets in the smoker.

CARE: Wait for smoker to cool before washing. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Dishwasher safe.

How to Use a Pizza Stone

NOTE:Please preheat the stone before placing food on it.

1. Place the stone itself on the bottom rack of your oven or grill and preheat it at 320-356?(160-180?)for about 10 minutes.

2. Dust the bottom of your pizza dough with flour or cornmeal to create non-stick surface.

3. Transfer the pizza to be baked onto the stone by a well-floured pizza peel.

4. Close the oven lid and cook the pizza for 10 to 20 minutes at 392-428?(200-220?).

5. Once the crust is brown, remove the pizza from stone. Enjoy at once.

How to Clean a Pizza Stone

1. Let the stone completely cool off before washing.

2. Use scraper, brush or nylon pad to remove excess food.

3. Hand wash with warm water for daily cleaning.
